I don’t have much to say today, because this is one of my extended videos, where I'm actually talking. So I'll save on written text and let you enjoy the spoken stuff.
Without further ado, feast your eyes on my newest recipe and my opinion/experience with/prolonged first impression of the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5. Not everything in life is black or white, but these consoles certainly are and so are my delicious black and white cookies!
75g Tomato Paste
10 Garlic Cloves
200g Lentils (e.g.Beluga)
200g Green Bell Pepper
3 Chillies
1 Onion
20g Breadcrumbs
200ml Oil
40ml Vinegar
20g Parsley
15g Coriander Salt
Pepper
bring the lentils and 1 litre of water to a boil in a pot
let the lentils simmer until they are done (~ 25min)
put the garlic cloves in hot water for 3 minutes
peel the garlic and onion and dice them roughly
chop a quarter of the parsley
preheat the oven to 175C top/bottom heat
place a pan with 25ml of oil on a medium-temperature plate
sweat the onion for a few minutes while stirring
add the garlic and chopped parsley and reduce the heat
drain the lentils and let them cool briefly in a bowl
add breadcrumbs, 1/3 of the onion mix, 1/3 of the tomato paste, salt and pepper
blend everything until it’s almost uniform
form golf ball-sized balls with wet hands
place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet
brush the balls with oil and put them in the oven for 15 minutes
core the green bell pepper and cut it into chunks
mix bell pepper, the herbs, 1/3 of the onion mixture, 100ml oil, 20ml vinegar, salt and pepper
put the Mojo Verde in a bowl and let it rest in the fridge
repeat the brushing of the balls and bake them again for 15 minutes
remove the seeds of the chillies if you are not a big fan of spice
cut the chilli peppers into chunks
mix tomato paste, chillies, 1/3 of the onion mixture, 100ml oil, 20ml vinegar, salt and pepper
put the Mojo Rojo in a bowl and let it rest in the fridge
take the balls out of the oven and let them cool, otherwise they will fall apart
take the mojos out of the fridge
