I don’t have much to say today, because this is one of my extended videos, where I'm actually talking. So I'll save on written text and let you enjoy the spoken stuff.
Without further ado, feast your eyes on my newest recipe and the musical craziness that is Friday Night Funkin'. It started out as a simple browser rhythm game, but is now about to turn into so much more thanks to an extremely successful Kickstarter campaign.

75g Brown Sugar
75g Sugar
1 Egg
5g Vanilla Extract

50g Macadamia Nuts
100g White Chocolate
Red Food Colouring(Gel)
chop the chocolate and macadamia nuts
add butter and sugars to a bowl and cream them together
add egg and vanilla and combine thoroughly
mix in red food colouring till you reach a bright red
add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix
add in your white chocolate and macadamia and knead the chunks in
divide the dough into 8 pieces
roll each piece into two same sized balls
put your cookie dough in the fridge for an hour or so!
preheat your oven to 200C top/bottom heat
take 8 cookie balls out of the fridge and put onto a lined baking tray
bake the cookies for 10min (soft center) or 14min (crispier)
press them down with a spatula half way through, if you want them flatter
